Beautiful but too small

the shoes are beautiful but they are too small. Im normally a 8.5 but I like wearing 9 so the shoes are a little bit big on me so I ordered 9. It fitted too small. I say “it” and not “they” because they also sent me different sizes 💀 one shoe was 9 and the other was a 8 so yeah… I returned them
